We are looking to recruit an Office Manager here in Sheffield.

Working in a team of 25, you will be responsible for all office management and administration, whilst supporting the rest of the team.

The role will include:

  • IT
  • Management of the Office 365 system
  • Managing relationships with third party IT and phone system providers
  • Assisting with the website, quarterly newsletter and social media
  • Liaising with other third party providers where necessary
  • Facilities
  • Health & Safety
  • Recruitment and induction
  • Advising directors on HR & employee matters
  • Managing staff benefit schemes
  • Recording staff holidays and sickness absence
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the team and for the directors
  • Supporting directors in the day to day running of the business, including secretarial duties

What we need from you:

  • Friendly with a personable manner and a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • It is essential that you are proficient with Microsoft Office/365 particularly Excel

The desirables:

  • Whilst not essential, insurance experience would be a huge plus!
  • Accounts experience would also be of interest
