This month we held our first ever ‘IFM Bake Off’.
Unfortunately our resident cake maker Vicky was out of the office, although this did give the rest of the team a chance at taking home the trophy!

Although Vicky couldn’t make it on the day, she did send us a photo of what would have been her entry.. a ‘Lemon and Cream Cheese Cake with White Chocolate and Freeze Dried Raspberries’ How good does this look?!
After a day of blind tasting, the office all voted for their favourite and the joint winners were Kirsty and Jayne! Well done to both!
